What it can do

• Show the five apartments, their beds, amenities and photos.
• Check each apartment’s calendar of free nights.
• Search free apartments for your dates with the total price.
• Give an exact quote with breakdown and cancellation policy.
• Explain times, pets, house rules, extras and payment methods.

What it does not do

• It does not book or charge: it gives you a link to finish the booking on this website.
• It cannot see guest data or bookings, and does not apply discount codes.
• It is read-only and needs no account or password.

How to connect it

• Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the URL.
• ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible assistants: add a remote MCP server or connector with the same URL.
• Then just ask, for example: “Which Perlamar apartment is free from 10 to 14 May for two with a dog?”.
