How booking works
On this website you send a booking request for an apartment, dates and number of guests. A request is not yet a confirmed booking: we review it and reply within 24 hours.
Your booking is confirmed when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot accept it, we tell you and nothing is charged.
If your arrival is more than 7 days away, we hold the dates for you for 24 hours while we review the request. If it is sooner, the dates stay on sale until we confirm.
Price and payment
Before sending the request you see the total price: accommodation, cleaning, extras (for example, a pet) and applicable taxes, with any discounts or promo codes applied.
When you send the request, your card details are stored securely by GuestyPay, the payment processor of our booking system (Guesty). They never pass through our server. Nothing is charged at that point.
If we accept the booking, the card is charged according to your rate’s payment schedule, which we state in the confirmation. The confirmed price is the one you saw when you sent the request.
Cancellation
Your rate’s cancellation policy is shown in the summary before you send the request and in the confirmation email, and it is the one that applies to your booking.
To cancel or change dates, write to info@apartamentsperlamar.com. Any refunds due are made to the same card.
Right of withdrawal: under article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services for specific dates. Your rate’s cancellation policy applies instead.
Check-in, check-out and guest registration
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless agreed otherwise.
Spanish law requires us to register every guest (Royal Decree 933/2021). Before arrival we will ask for each guest’s details and ID document; without this registration we cannot hand over the apartment.
The person booking must be an adult and stay in the apartment.
House rules
The number of guests may not exceed the number booked or the apartment’s capacity.
No parties or events. No smoking inside the apartments. Please respect the neighbours’ rest.
Pets only if stated when booking; a supplement may apply. The building has no lift (1st and 2nd floor).
Serious breaches of these rules may end the stay without a refund, and any damage caused will be charged separately.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer’s domicile. Complaint forms are available, and you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
