Passeig de Neptú 24 is a small building on the front line of Las Arenas beach, just south of Malvarrosa. In front, the promenade and its paella restaurants; to one side, the Marina and the Veles e Vents; behind, the streets of El Cabanyal.

Is it noisy at night?
The promenade has bars and restaurants, and on some weekends there is music until late. The windows insulate well and we leave earplugs in every apartment.
Where can I park?
There is free street parking nearby and a paid underground car park a few minutes away, around €26 per 24 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
